These Terms of Sale apply when you place an order through an artist's storefront on SizeKit. SizeKit is operated by ZIGGYCOW LLC ("SizeKit," "we," "us").
Every storefront on SizeKit belongs to an independent nail artist. The artist — not SizeKit — is the seller of record for your order. Your purchase contract is directly and only with the artist. SizeKit provides the technology (the shop page, checkout, nail sizing, and order tracking) and is not a party to the sale.
Prices are set by the artist. Payment is processed securely by Stripe on the artist's payment account, and the charge on your statement comes from the artist. SizeKit never sees or stores your card details.
After checkout you'll scan your nails so the artist has your sizes. Scan measurements are estimates produced from photos taken on your device — they help your artist size your set, but SizeKit does not guarantee exact measurements or a perfect fit. Please complete your scan promptly; your artist can't start making your set without your sizes.
Your set is made by hand after you order. Turnaround and shipping times are set by the artist, and the artist ships your order and provides tracking.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, remakes, and any other issues with your order are handled by the artist, under the artist's own policies. Contact the artist first — every storefront and order page includes a way to message them. SizeKit does not hold your payment and cannot issue refunds on the artist's behalf.
Because we only provide the platform, SizeKit makes no warranties about the products you buy — including their quality, safety, fit, or delivery — and the service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SizeKit's total liability to you for any claim related to a storefront purchase is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have against the artist as the seller, or rights that cannot be limited under the law of your state.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
