Accessibility

SizeKit is operated by ZIGGYCOW LLC. We want every nail artist and every client to be able to use SizeKit, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the dashboard, the scan flow, storefronts, and these public pages. We audit the app against those guidelines and fix issues as we find them.
The scanner and vision
One honest limitation: the nail scanner is a camera experience — it asks you to position your hand and a reference coin in a live camera view, which requires seeing the screen. We haven't found a way to make that step fully non-visual yet. If the scanner isn't usable for you, you still have full access to sizing: a friend or family member can run the scan with you (the Scan Terms expressly allow scanning someone who has asked for help), or your nail artist can size you manually and enter the sizes directly in their dashboard. If neither works for your situation, email us and we'll figure it out together.
Feedback and help
If you hit a barrier anywhere in SizeKit — something unreadable, unreachable by keyboard, mislabeled for a screen reader, or anything else — please tell us at thesizekit@gmail.com. Reports go to the people who build the product, and fixing them is part of our normal work, not a special request.
